MICROPHONES
The mixerpanel obtains two different microphone inputs; input (7)
only for low-ohm impedanced microphones; volume of these has
to been set by control (6) for microphone (1).
The backside connection can be used for high- aswell
low-ohm impedanced microphones; for setting up of the
impedance, you'll use switch (8); the soundlevel of these, you can setup
with control (20).
TURNTABLES
The mixerpanel can be used for crystal- aswell magneto-dynamic (MD)
turntables:
To use the crystal types, switches (9), and (10) should be in the
"CRY"
position.
For connection of MD types, switches (9), (10) should be in "MAG"
position.
Volume setting by controls (18) and (17).
TAPE
Connection for two tapes- or casettedecks
is allowed; set switches (11) and / or
(12) in the "TAPE"
position. Volume controls by (23) and (24).
TUNER
The mixerpanel has two tuner-connections. Using of these can be
set by the switches (11) and/or (12) in the "TUNER"
position.
Volume controls by (23) and (24).
HEADPHONE / MONITOR
For the pre-listening connect a stereo-headphone. to connection
(34). The dB Level of this is controlled
by volumecontrol (35). You can listen to the different output-signals with
your headphone by controlling switches (37 - 42).
ATTENTION: Pre-listening of the microphones is microphone
(1) through the left- and the microphone
(2) through the right headphone.
TALK-OVER
The talk-over switch (32) has been designed to make an announcement
through the microphone during a music programme;
use of this only by microphone (1).
In "NORMAL" position use switch (6)
for controlling the dB level;
In "STANDBY" position, the microphone
is switched off.;
In "TALKOVER" position the dB level
of the music-programme is setting lower and the microphone amplified.
MASTER
With the master-gain switch (25) controls of all 5 channels can
be done simultaniuosly.
VU-METERS
The output-signals are been controlled by 2 VU-Meters; don't let
them go into the red area.
POWER OUTPUT
The power output control (13) normally has to been set to 0.775
V. In case using a professional disco-amplifier, switch has to been
set to 1.5 V. (See your manual).
PRESET
Above the shafting controls (20 - 25)
are setup controls. These are for controlling
the different dB Levels of identical machines in such a way, that
both produce an equal volume. To setup these, set the corrsponding shafting-controls
in the highest possible level. |
