Unfasten carefully (seen from above) 5,7,9,11 in the flatcable and cut
them.....
Isolate 5,7,9 wires and use 11 for the 5Volts wire of the driveconnector
(red wire).

Unfasten carefully (seen from above) 10,12 in the flatcable and cut
them.....
After that twist 10 to 12 and 12 to 10.
With this action you're twisting the DS0 and DS1 (Drive select)
Do you have a drive with DS0 and DS1 jumpers, no need to do above action.
Just switch the jumper to DS0.
